When will my order ship?

All orders placed prior to cutoff (2:00pm EST / 10:00am PST) on a business day will be shipped same-day. All other orders will be shipped on the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders > $200 ship free. All other orders are charged a $20 flat rate fee. 

What happens if my package goes missing?

Rest assured that all packages are fully covered by our package insurance.

Should your order go missing in transit, we will always ship a full replacement! Please note that if your package is marked delivered by Canada Post, we cannot offer a replacement.

Do you require a signature?

To ensure the safe arrival of your order, all packages are shipped with the “Signature Required” option.

You can request to waive this option in the Notes section of your order.

Why doesn't the tracking number work?

Please note that Canada Post tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to process in their system.

Continue to monitor the order’s status, and your order will arrive before you know it!

How long does delivery take?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post XpressPost, which takes 2-3 business days to deliver anywhere in Canada.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Sadly, we aren’t currently offering same-day delivery. However, if you place an order prior to cutoff, you will receive same-day shipping!

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes you will! All orders receive a Canada Post XpressPost tracking number.

All our orders are shipped via XpressPost for quick and convenient arrival times, and all orders are assigned a tracking number.

Will the package be shipped discreetly?

Absolutely – all boxes are plain, unlabelled boxes with no indication of the contents. QuadCo cares about your privacy.

What if I need to modify my order?

Simply contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Please note that if your order has already shipped, we may be unable to modify your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept EMT / Interac E-transfer.

How do I send my EMT?

1. Sign into your Online Banking and select “E-Transfer”
2. Add us as an Interac E-Transfer Recipient: The name & email address used to add us as a recipient can be found on your invoice.
3. Please make your Security Question and Answer match the information provided on your invoice.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, we require an account to prevent items from going out of stock too fast, and so we can keep track of orders.

You can fortunately sign up for an account at checkout.

How do I register?

Returns and refunds

Unfortunately we do not offer any returns or refunds in dollar amounts. If a refund is required, we will only be able to provide store credit.
